Oracowl is an application made for astrophotographers that helps to plan imaging sessions thanks to a set of tools for weather forecasting and astronomical calculations such as: rise, set and transit time, size and magnitude and many more, both for planetary and deep sky imaging!It provides as well a list of recommended targets for the night as well as the unique "Owl Rank" which tries to predict how good the night will be for imaging taking into account several weather and atmospheric factors.Its also interfaced to Stellarium and Telescopius.org leveraging the power of these 2 great online platforms.It requires an internet connection because the weather forecast and the astronomical data, however the bandwidth used is limited to few Kb of data.This application is completely free and without annoying ads, developed by the YouTube creator Marco Rapino, aka AstroPills.Leave a feedback if you would like to see more features implemented in the app!
